Important:
The hotel is situated in the historic city centre.
Buses cannot drive up to the hotel but must stop about 400 metres away for loading and unloading luggage. If provided with a permit from the Municipal Police, obtained by specifying the vehicle registration number and expected time of arrival on a special form, buses may stop for loading or unloading luggage in Piazza Baracca, about 200 metres from the hotel.
On request, we can arrange to transfer luggage from the bus to the hotel by taxi, while the group reaches us on foot along Via Cavour, the pedestrian shopping avenue.
Each taxi can carry approximately 10 suitcases and 10 pieces of hand luggage, at a charge of € 15.00 per journey, which the group leader must pay directly to the taxis.
We provide a free porter service from the hotel foyer to the rooms, and can organise the transfer of luggage (telephoning the taxi company, and assisting them with loading and unloading...) if notified by telephone, in advance, of the group's arrival in Piazza Baracca.
